1. Senior Manager (Business Development) — 01 Post
   🎓 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
   💼 Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including relevant business development, bid management, ICT/telecom, surveillance or infrastructure-sector experience.
   🎂 Age: 40–55 years
2. Manager (BD) Tendering & Contract — 01 Post
   🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
   💼 Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including tendering, procurement, EOI/RFP evaluation, contract award and procurement rules.
   🎂 Age: 30–45 years
3. Manager (Taxation) — 01 Post
   🎓 CA / ACCA / ICMA or M.Com / MBA (Finance); relevant professional membership is preferred.
   💼 Minimum 8 years experience in direct and indirect taxation, tax compliance, contracts, imports and inter-governmental matters.
   🎂 Age: 30–45 years
4. Manager (Accounts) — 01 Post
   🎓 CA (Inter), ACCA, ICMA or M.Com / MBA (Finance).
   💼 Minimum 8 years relevant experience in accounting, financial records, payments, reconciliation, project ledgers and ERP/accounting software.

5. GSO-2 (Special Projects) — 01 Post
   🎓 Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Telecom or Software Engineering; retired commissioned officers may also be eligible according to the stated criteria.
   💼 Minimum 5 years commissioned service/project coordination experience; prior service with SCO or equivalent organization is preferred.

6. Project Director (PMU) — 02 Posts
   🎓 Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or equivalent Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution, registered with PEC.
   💼 Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years as Project Director or major project experience; relevant PMU/project-management experience is preferred.

   🎓 DAE in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunication from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
   💼 Minimum 5 years field experience in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV/surveillance systems, optical fibre, LTE equipment, solar and power systems.

8. Clerk / Store Keeper — 02 Posts
   🎓 Intermediate (FA/F.Sc.) from a recognized Board; typing speed and MS Office proficiency required.
   💼 Minimum 3 years office administration, correspondence, record keeping and store/inventory management experience.

9. Driver — 02 Posts
   🎓 Middle Pass with valid LTV/HTV driving licence.
   💼 Minimum 5 years driving experience; experience in mountainous or northern terrain and basic vehicle maintenance will be preferred.

10. Sanitary Worker — 02 Posts
    🎓 Primary Pass; physically fit candidates may apply.
